Commissioner Kitty Jung shared with the Sun Valley CAB a number of things; following is a summary of her comments.
- Monday we will officially adopt the budget that has been suggested by staff and the OEC. The OEC is an advisory Board to the County Manager made up mostly of businessmen.
- I am so very proud of the GID for raising their rates and taking over the parks and pool from the county.
- I have had a stomachache and haven’t slept well for the last 6 months.
- I am tired of balancing the budget on the backs of county employees.
- Wants to raise revenue.
- Cancer rates have gone up astronomically among county employees over the stress they are undergoing.
- Because the employee’s are so stressed out their usage of sick leave is terrible.
