Condominium Garage isn't the Answer
Have you seen the properties that are a nuisance? These
homeowners/renters obviously have no pride nor monetary means in which
they can even maintain their front yards! Most of them don't even earn
enough money to rent a unit or maintain their front yards let alone BUY
a storage unit. I am a homeowner who is very prideful in my home and am
disgusted with the filth moving in to our neighborhoods. The only way
this will ever be resolved is to have stricter guidelines within the
property developments CC&R's or all the homeowners like myself will
eventually move out of the North Valleys and let the filth take it over.
How about the properties with 6 cars parked in front of their homes?
Used car lots are not a pleasant sight either. Is their a proposal for
those too? We already have two storage facilities in the North Valleys
area and having one that you can buy isn't going to make any difference.
Our property values are not going to get any better if this continues.
Prospective home buyers will see what is next door and know it isn't a
nice neighborhood to move into. Unfortunately, with all the values
decreasing it's making it even easier for these types of people to
afford to own a home.
