Annexation Laws Need Updating
To calm concerns over zealous annexation policies and still allowing an orderly process of annexation, delete (NRS 268.670 sec 2) which would allow the definition of Contiguous to revert to NRS 268.618. Whereby Contiguous, as applied to an area proposed to be annexed in relation to a city, means that not less than 15 percent of the total boundary of such area is conterminous with the boundary of the city.
